Herb has been serving our clients since 2001. Prior to joining Szeles, he worked for one of Harrisburg's largest subcontractors for over 35 years. Herb's construction and customer service background are perfectly suited in his role of property manager. Herb is responsible for insuring the day-to-day needs of our clients are met. Mark Christine
Mark joined Szeles Real Estate Development Company, L.P. in May 2008 but is not new to property management. Mark has managed office properties since 1995 for First Commercial Development Company and then Brandywine Realty Trust. He holds RPA & FMA property management designations from BOMI. Mark’s attention to detail and hands-on approach to property management provides well-maintained properties and high tenant satisfaction.
